Three deep-dive 1:1 coaching sessions across the program
Ongoing support with 30-minute check-ins and email access
$755+GST per month, with a 6 month commitment
Growth Mode
On-going support
For equestrian business owners with a growth mindset who want ongoing support to keep evolving and taking their business to the next level.
Includes:
A full-day business strategy workshop
Quarterly deep-dive 1.5-hour 1:1 coaching sessions
Ongoing support through 30-minute check-ins and email access
Access to templates, resources, and new releases for equine businesses from 6:AM.
Optional add-on for those on the Growth Mode program:
On-site observation day where Aliesha visits your business to assess operations and identify opportunities (POA)
$775 +GST per month with a 12-month commitment.
Weekend Intensive
Two day 1:1
For equestrian business owners who are short on time but ready to go all in. This 2-day intensive retreat is designed to help you step away from the day-to-day, get clear on your direction, and fully immerse yourself in your business growth.
Includes:
Two full days of focused 1:1 business coaching and strategic planning
Optional accommodation at our Karapiro property for a fully immersive experience
Practical tools, clarity, and a custom action plan to take home
Ideal for those who want high-impact support in a short timeframe
