Client Success Story: Lisa Dunbar

Client Spotlight: Lisa

Lisa is one of those people who seems to have 36 hours in a day. Not only does she run a busy horse agistment and yearling prep business, she’s also a qualified saddle fitter (yep, she fits my saddles and the kids’ too!) and runs a beautiful plant nursery on top of it all.

When Lisa and I first started working together, she was at a crossroads — wondering whether to keep juggling employment alongside her businesses or take the leap into being fully self-employed. Together, we worked on gaining clarity, building confidence, and making everything more profitable.

Here’s what Lisa has to say about our journey:

💬 “When I transitioned from balancing business ownership alongside employment to becoming fully self-employed, I turned to Aliesha for guidance. She provided a comprehensive review of my businesses and helped me integrate life balance and personal goals into a clear, actionable plan.

I continue to meet with her regularly for coaching sessions, ensuring I stay on track and keep building on the progress we’ve made together.”

Lisa, you’re living proof that when you mix passion with a clear plan, you can build businesses that grow (quite literally, in your case 🌱).

Grateful to be part of your journey — and for keeping all our saddles in top shape! 🐴💜2
