How the Two Days Work
Day One: Foundations + Build (Thursday 7 May) A full day of hands-on learning where you'll get to grips with the frameworks the strategies and the AI systems that will change how your business runs. You'll leave day one with the foundations built and a clear picture of what's possible.
Day Two: Implementation Intensive (Friday 8 May) This is where it all comes together. Day two is primarily guided build time, customised to you and the systems your business actually needs. With light teaching woven in where it's useful, you'll spend the day refining, integrating, and switching on the workflows you started building on day one. You'll also leave with a personalised roadmap so you know exactly what to do next.
By the end of day two, your systems aren't a "nice idea for later." They're up, running, and working for you.

You're welcome to attend day one as a standalone and still walk away with real value, but day two can't be booked on its own. Day one is a prerequisite, because the build day assumes the groundwork laid on day one.
