Across two focused days, we take you behind the scenes of how we run our own businesses, show you the exact tools we use, and give you time in the room to start setting them up — so you don't just leave inspired, you leave with real systems already working.

Day One: Marketing That Moves
Day one is all about getting your marketing working — consistently, and without the guesswork.
You'll learn the systems and tools we use to create content, plan and schedule it so it actually goes out (not just when you remember), and run the advertising side with confidence — including Meta ads that reach the right people. By the end of day one, you'll know how to show up, stay visible, and turn attention into customers.
Day Two: The Engine Room
Day two is about everything that keeps the business running behind the scenes.
Everyone gets a high-level overview of the core systems — financial reporting, staff management, and customer management (CRM) — and then you double down into the areas that matter most to you. Rather than forcing everyone through the same checklist, we give you the time and support to actually set up the systems most relevant to your business, so you leave with them built and ready to go.

Financial reporting — get Xero set up with the right business units, build custom reports that mean something, and learn to read your numbers
