Behind the Gate is a hands-on, one-day workshop where we take you behind the scenes of how we run our own businesses — and show you the systems and processes we use to run them effectively. You'll come in unsure of what you need, and leave knowing exactly which tools matter, with the key ones set up and ready to go. 

This isn't just for stables. It's built for every kind of business owner who wants to work smarter — including horse-based businesses like farriers, vets, retailers, chiropractors and saddlers.

We'll walk through the high-level areas that every business needs running well: 

- Financial reporting — clear numbers you can actually use 

- Staff management — how we organise, communicate and keep our teams moving Marketing — the systems behind getting your message out consistently Customer management (CRM) — keeping track of the people who matter to your business 

- Within each, we'll show you the tools we use and how they fit together — so you leave with a clear picture of what an efficient, well-run business actually looks like behind the scenes.

See (and set up) our financial Dashboard: A live view of your numbers in one place. If it's something you'd like, we can help get you set up and onboarded on the day. 

The tools that run our team: A look behind the curtain at how we manage staff, communication and workflow day to day. 

Prism, done properly: For stable-based businesses, we'll go deeper on Prism and how to get the most out of it.
